Brigitte – A member of Dr. Lee’s staff for over 25 years, Brigitte has served in many different capacities throughout the years. She is in charge of all office business records and accounting. She is the liaison for corporate business activities and handles all business aspects of the practice.
Jenyel – Is in charge of managing the complexities of insurance submission and reimbursement. She is also the staff member who will counsel you on financial options available through our office.
Colleen – is the scheduling coordinator for both the hospital and office schedule.
Anne – manages the marketing and PR for the practice.
Ruth – One of the first staff members hired by Dr. Lee over 35 years ago, Ruth is the foundation of the practice. She has performed all staff functions and now is the Orthognathic Surgery Coordinator and First Surgical Assistant to Dr. Lee on all major jaw reconstructive procedures.
Because of the complexities of Orthognathic surgical cases, careful attention has to be paid to the patient’s treatment to ensure that the pre-surgical orthodontic phase of therapy coincides with surgical phase to follow. Ruth is assigned to help coordinate all aspects of the patient’s jaw reconstruction. She has performed over 2000 Orthognathic surgery cases with Dr. Lee. She has had more experience and does it better that any other Orthognathic Surgery Coordinator in the Midwest.
Tracy – A member of Dr. Lee’s team for 20 years, she too, has filled many positions in Dr. Lee’s office and now is in charge of all dental implant reconstruction. This position also requires coordination of complicated treatment plans and careful planning between Dr. Lee and your dentist. All dental implant reconstruction requires three-dimensional imaging, and Tracy is well trained in these advanced techniques. She is First Surgical Assistant on all dental implant reconstruction and also assists Dr. Lee in other office and hospital based dento-alveolar surgical procedures.
Andrea – Andrea serves as Second Surgical Assistant to Dr. Lee in all in-office surgeries and hospital-based surgical procedures. She is a certified EMT and radiographer and holds certification in IV therapy administration. She uses these skills to assist in diagnosis and throughout the surgical and post operative care of Dr. Lee’s patients.
Our office facility has been approved for Intravenous sedation and general anesthesia by the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in accordance to guidelines established by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Ohio State Dental Board. Our experienced nurses staff our two operating suites and adjacent recovery rooms. All necessary anesthesia and resuscitative equipment is on hand, and portable emergency equipment is on the premises for patient’s safety in the waiting room and consultation areas.
Ann – Ann is a registered nurse who assists in the medical management of our patients in surgery by monitoring patients vital signs and administering medications.
